37 weeks and four days

I just wanted to share photos of our nursery. It’s pretty much done, with a couple of things I need to do.

I had my 37 week appointment on Wednesday. Most of it went pretty well, the baby’s head is down. However, my doctor is a little concerned about the size of the baby. I’m measuring a little bit bigger than I should be right now. So, I have another ultrasound tomorrow morning to see exactly how big she is.  It’s another full bladder appointment. Yay.. fun.

Anyway, hope you all like the room! Note: the sheep on the floor.. Cooper has not yet showed interest in it.. however I have not been leaving it on the floor either. He’s more interested in Lotso, because he smells like strawberries.

I know that you’re supposed to wait to purchase anything for the baby, but I found this and I couldn’t help myself.

 

I’m now at 11 weeks. Mark and I have told almost everyone. Well, basically some family know and a lot of our friends. We figure that the news will spread easily within family. It’s been tweeted.. facebooked.. and blogged. That should cover it.

I’m still pretty exhausted these days and apparently it’s the “cat” days, where you just lay around feeling unmotivated and lazy. As for the nausea… well that’s back, accompanied by some vomiting. However, I’ve been told that it’s a good thing. So yay for throwing up!? bleh. I can’t wait for the 2nd trimester, when your energy is supposed to come back. I wonder about that though. I’ve always been tired, even when I wasn’t pregnant. So, will I have more energy like I’ve never had before? Or will I be back to normal.. and at a usual Michelle rate of being tired. I guess we’ll see!
